My personal favourite is Black Hawk Mining, listed on TSE, symbol BHK. Their operating mine is in Nicaragua. The PE is only 4 and the Price/Cash flow is 2.28. This year they should earn $3.25 million US or about $5 million Cdn. They have effectively paid down all their debt. At March 31st the working capital was about$4 million US. They of course have other exploration properties in Canada, Argentina and Nicaragua. The website is www.bhkmining.com
