Re IG Farben - hope somebody sometime somewhere will write new Buddenbrooks/Gone with the Cyclone or whatever on this subject.

Look up Fritz Haber, if you dont know him and his story yet - funny to call him tragic and the slave factories (buna in Auschwitz etc) are just like some cosmic event. One cant even detect the smell of the chemistry of death anymore at those levels. Haber and clorine gas for instance are - closer.

No, no gym today. There's a guy who comes in tuesdays and he turns "drivel radio station" up to unsustainable levels. Weednesday it's peace and quiet, 7:30 comes a bashful, bulemic girl to do her miles on the threadmill.

Worked right in front of the IG Farben building when in Frankfurt... the U.S. Army had it but gave it back at that time.
