ardethan,

I got an email from a friend that referred to a RMBS article-I assume this is the one. He is long and averaging down, and thinks I should go long at the current price. I still have no opinion, and continue to watch and wait. I do agree with your statement re the judges opinion and common sentiment. Perhaps, with the present market malaise, the previous emotionality surrounding this Co. has finally subsided enough to let us wait and see how all this actually turns out, in order to make a more informed investment~

FWIW,
JohnD@pooperscoopersnotalwayshelpful.com

Never fall in love with the stock eventhough one knows the company in great details. One will only hurt himself. Opening oneself up to other stocks that have very few lawsuits and are making plenty of money (ie. EMC, ORCL, GLW, SEBL, PSFT, BEAS and etc ...). These are the companies that will take off when the economy is recovering.
