Damn your prescience Jim Woolly CB!! The problem is that it is hard enough to get people to believe the reality of what is happening NOW let alone convince them of the probability of such a high sigma event. Psych of fear, greed, shame is most often manifested as inaction. I consider many bulls who frequent SI boards to at least have some leg up as they have undoubtedly read some of the bear growlings. Imagine the millions who follow the markets only peripherally, yet are still heavily invested. It will not be pretty. If Asia can hold out throught the summer, there is goign to be a king-hell bear market rally because I expect there will be quite a few false upticks by the end of the year...but. Hope I'm wrong, but it's worked for me for the last 10 months. Ahhh, I see conumer confidence increased, and durable goods up nicely. :-) -dave
