PLT, IGOC .... 10:45 ET NY Cell Ban : The ban on use of cellphones while driving in NY does not affect use of hands-free cellphone operation, and traders are therefore looking for plays on increased use of headsets; the biggest mover is headset-maker Plantronics (PLT 19.17 +1.02). A more obscure play is mobile tech retailer iGo (IGOC 0.85 +0.06), and of course the handset makers themselves sell accessory-gear.
