In Qcharts just change Bollinger Bands to 13....you can add a MA 3, -3 now...

...I also watch for the ma 3,-3 to break or bounce off my 9ma....that pretty much clinches it! when it crosses the 20ma...BB centerline it's pretty much over

if for example the 3,-3 breaks above the BB on a 2min chart..an upward thrust is happening...as long as it stays above and parallel
