15:29 ET Microsoft (MSFT) 69.90 +1.05: -- Update -- Rumors of a settlement between MSFT and the Justice Dept were making the rounds for the umpteenth time today; we're hearing from sources at Lehman that the firm commented on the talk today, noting that a settlement was unlikely ahead of the imminent Appellate Court decision.

Actually..both MSFT and IBM are near the edge of the cliff..

any print of 66 MSFT and 110 IBM turns the lights out...

however..it has not happened yet..

now, what a trigger for the markets long, if MSFT gets an all clear<G>...74 blows the doors off the shorts...
