The poor investors who lost their shirts in the Value America IPO should have asked that same question before they bought into the hype.

It's really sad when you count up all of the 80-100% implosions in the Net sector that many, many investors got burned on. Foolish or not, it doesn't matter. I feel for all who blew chunks on the dot.bom ride to hell.
