It looks like that Palm has written off whatever that could be written off in this quarter. Awaiting for the conference call now.

"Palm Reports..."

Impressive...

In one year they burned one-half of one Billion dollars. Despite that they're still are stuck with 400% more inventory, 8% less accounts receivable, 200% more accounts payable and 200% more "accrued liabilities". In one year they've gone from a billion bucks in the bank to taking out a credit line. At the rate they were making money - back when they were actually making money - it will take them decades to make back what they have lost over the past six months. But even the anemic level of profitability seems unlikely now since their cost growth has exploded at four time the rate of revenue growth. And all this has happened with the economy only now acually, finally, possibly entering recession territory.

Unbelievable.

My WAG at the price is $2.50 within six weeks.
