Any idea what time period "change in ownership" refers to?

Good question. I poked around and found this glossary:
nasdaq.com`&FormType=Institutional&strFilter=T

DATE: The effective date of the filing.  13F documents are filed as of calendar quarter end.

SHARES HELD: The number of shares held of the security held by the institution.  All shares held are adjusted daily to reflect corporate actions, such as stock splits, mergers and name changes

CHANGE: The change in the number of shares of the security held by the institution.  Change is calculated by subtracting the shares held reported in the prior filing from the shares in the current filing.  A dash is displayed when change cannot be calculated due to the absence of a previous report.

So it looks like a quarterly report to me. So, who here has a memory good enough to remember to check this next quarter? <g>
