I would like to ask you a question. I have also been in contact with this firm as well as various other parties. (Yes, Jenna I have standing and yes Jenna, there is a firm and it is not B.S., and yes Jenna, you should have never violated the privacy agreement that is stated on Pristine's site) Is it your understanding that they have agreed to take on this cause of action or is it your understanding that they are still contemplating this suit. It is important to be specific and not to intentionally or unintentionally misrepesent anything at this point. Also, don't you think people would rather give all of this highly personal highly detailed information directly to the law firm. I think you would have a much better response if you sent them directly to the law firm rather than using you as a conduit for their personal info.
