2001 -4th qu. sales were 6l,190 compared to 2000 to 60,879

grossprofit was 6636 compared to 2000 of 8542

loss before write off of esplice and netr was 2001 (2133) (red) 2000 was profit of 1049 (green).

tk, this info is at bottom of link in unaudited info. under Net income (loss) before equity investment and esplice consolidation.

hmmm, well, we know they wrote off 2 mil on esplice. net loss for the qtr was 2.3 mil. something is just not right on the figures. the way they are being attributed vs what we know. seems like navr was absorbing some of esplice for some reason? cheap buyback? if you sell 60 mil one qtr and 61 mil another qtr and one is profit and the other is not. something is not right. and we know they put money in the bank. so... if i were ep. id do something just like what appears to have been done. jmo. tk2k
