Sounds like a desparate restructuring move by CPQ and a desparate attempt by INTC to shore up barriers of entry now, before the AMD server/workstation wave hits the beach...Also diverts attention away from INTC's q2 which won't,I'd guess, on its own, instill confidence in the investment community...
