Greetings IKE; I saw Mr. Ellison on CNBC today, and I couldn't help but chuckle. Larry was talking ORCL's prospects up. He was asked what advise he might have for small investors that held as the share price dropped from a 52 week high around 49 to the current 18 level.

Larry said the economy would dictate prospects to a degree, but he would do his best to bring in new business, expand existing business, etc.

This fellow sold approximately 50 MILLION shares of ORCL from his personal holdings in January of this year, at an average price of 30/share.

In response to the query about advice to shareholders, he said only, "I'm not selling".

Excuse my cynicism, but approx. 1.5Billion of sales, just a few months ago, at double the current price leave me lacking confidence in this gentleman's statements.

Maybe I'm just getting fed up with the CEO's in tech "gaming" the numbers and future prospects during the current economic downturn. Pro forma, anyone?

Hoping for better days ahead for small investors, and less
"pump and dump" maneuvers.
Regards
James
