Dear Pally, Many large corporations self insure and use HMO's and other insurance carriers for admin. In this case the cost of admin would increase to take into account the liability risks. Now if they self insure liability or buy coverage they have a monster liability problem.

This is simple stuff and the clueless vacant liberal minds are out to screw the little guy by there retarded understanding as usual.

Why SHOULD an employer pay the premiums if the company can be sued as well as the HMO....???

That is was has been said however when they tried to add that provision to the bill it was voted down. Say and do are two different things.
