could it be tax related insider activity?
Perhaps it's for tax purposes or has to do with their new employee stock option plan. Sometimes they have to sell shares then exercise options for more or they owe tax on profits even though they did not sell the shares. Just a thought. Haven't looked that deeply into it. Generally with HDI the insiders seem to always sell at the annual peaks. I sold last year after the ceo sold. Worked out very well. Bought in later after the bad first quarter jitters.
I think august is the LA HD dealers show. New models coming out in july. They used to do them annually in august. They say they will spread them out throughout the year from now on to even out effect on stock. Sorry this chart fell apart.
