Thankyou for your thoughts. I understand that funds that want to mirror the Russell 2000 will do so (as best they can)by buying what hey believe to be quality stocks that stand the best chance of upside capital appreciation. There is no dispute with your thoughts. What I was trying to say is given the "tech wreck" environment the pickings are very good. There are at least 10 stocks I follow that have been slaughtered but believe will endure. They are now small cap stocks! I belive the Russell will lead this market out of "Bear" territory. Given this, I am inclined to believe there will be a run in a larger percentage of the funds who trade in these small capitalization co's by the end of this year. Late Thursday and Friday are important to me for more clues to this big picture.Time will tell.
