Funny thing about victims of fraud, they sure make alot of noise and tell a whole lot of other people. The criminals never understand why they do that.

Hello Everyone
or
Good Evening Mr. Asser, I was actually talking to Tim.

Welcome to Silicon Investor everyone Thats us.

This thread is a good place to get a handle on what is going on on SI. For newcomers who may not be aware of all the people who make SI, SI, think of the Welcome Thread as a public soap box and notice board. This thread was started by one the two original SI founders, Jeff Dryer, Jeff handled the affairs, Brad did the coding and Jill muzzled Tim, heheheh, figuratively and literally, the sense of community extends most definitely to Jenna as well. Tim's fight with Jenna is like two Senator's ripping away at other. Tim can kick her ass on every thread and doesn't need to do it company, that the readers, ahem, assuming that there are any. The Chicken is right, the advice basically sucks and if you are going to pay for advice, you should get good advice, you can get shitty advice from your broker for free.

Olivier's comments to me are an entirely different matter.
I was referring to his affairs when I made this comment.

<<it truly appears that the cockroaches have taken over the house>>

For all you new readers, ahem, assuming that there are any, reading Tim Luke on SI is a bit like coming in after working in the garden for awhile on a hot day and seeing a nice big glass of water on the table. Your deep delicious 6 oz chug proves to be vodka... good, bad and shocking, not necessarily in that order.

Cockroaches
or
The House

One of the reasons that SI is a host to the forum of public opinion is that we deserve to be. We have a close knit community where members have proven their worth and/or their stamina and/or resilience. In addition to trials by fire there is constant digital feedback.
Many of you watched Mr. Asser's thread, currently Number one of the Hot List (the real Hot List, not the one SI puts up there for wahtever reason) and saw him do considerable damage to his own cause by his treatment of Jorj. Mr McKie is totally on Olivier's side in this matter, he just doesn't know that yet. <smile>
I would like to direct your attention to this thread only briefly #subject-19032 and you can see that INSP is under a barrage of lawsuits currently launched as class actions.
Mr. Asser's complaint does dovetail with Tim's lawsuit in the fact that Jenna is involved and that is why he used the word "we", the class referred to by Mr. Asser is not one of the class action lawsuits launched against INSP.

Don't be confused, none of this, except the Tim and Jenna thing really means anything to the average SI reader. If you still follow the Tim and Jenna thing then I would advise against that. Mr Luke is a good bookmark but Jenna has lost considerable status, that is of course my own opinion and voiced freely. This has not occurred for any reason except her recent handling of Mr. Luke, it appears to me that she is under a lot of pressure

If you are just a trader who enjoys the show none of this really means anything, you can still go to the new market gems thread to get yesterdays most actives, net losers and net gainers.
