leeza, Your posts have now reached the point of being extremely insulting. You are completely ignorant of discussions I had with Counsel. It also appears you are unaware of the fact that I have fought this battle almost singlehandedly for nearly a year. I have been attacked from all sides. Now this. I ask you again, here in public: 1. are you an owner, employee or affiliate of a brokerage firm? 2. are you an owner, employee or affiliate of a chat/trading site? I ask these questions because your posts I find very strange for a plaintiff to be making in this case. You have here publicly discouraged traders from coming forward to speak with me. You accuse me of things you have no knowledge of whatsoever, concerning which, incidentally, I am not at liberty to elaborate. That is not "secretive"; that is standard procedure in legal matters. Incidentally, my name is included on all posts. Yours is not. Before you accuse anyone of hiding anything please consider that fact. O.A.
