Thank-you, leeza. Now, I think I do know. You have today twice made public the personal movements of the lawyer with whom I have met and discussed this case. What is wrong with you? That does not concern this case or anyone else here or elsewhere - except perhaps, the immediate family of this man. Shame on you.

leeza, Have you posted on SI with more than one alias? If so, what are they? I believe that is a fair question. I am sorry, but multiple alias-posting on SI is an issue of grave concern to me. Now you accuse me of little understanding of privilege. Well, I can only tell you this: I do not request this information lightly. Does that tell you anything? Now, you have consistently discouraged potential plaintiffs from coming forward here, as I have requested. That I find very disturbing. Furthermore, the tone of your posts leaves me wondering. Why talk of "standing" and such in this case? Is this a race? If you are honest, have not abused day traders through manipulative device in any way, and have been damaged, then you have standing in these matters - period. I would inform you if you wonder at my actions, then please go back through the history of my posts here at SI. There are things you seem not to have noticed. Concerning this issue, I contacted both the SEC and Congressional investigators a full year ago. This story goes back much further than simply this spring. I repeat, if you have day traded full-time through an instant-execution brokerage firm and a chat site within the past 3 years then please contact me with the general information I have requested. This kind of information will not affect discovery as it is general and known by those who may be named as potential defendants. I shall then call you, and bring you in contact my the legal team.
