You nabbed my favorite grub. I just want to know if the law firm has agreed to take this case. Evidently, that is part of the attorney-client privilege and that information is not to be divulged. On the other hand, the class members don't need to worry about privilege. Go figure. If anyone is a potential member and wants to know the name of the law firm I bet I know someone who will tell them. But then again, maybe she wants to be the lead representative. She would certainly qualify for that role in many respects. However, I am sure she would say, "Take that thankless job and show it up your you know what" if I dared to suggest it ;-)
