"perhaps Ms. Leeza should not have made this post." Oh listen bud, you know what he was alluding to and so do I. I could go off on a diatribe here but I have promised you and myself that I will not fire the first shot about the matter or anything relating to it. My posts opened a can of worms..well should be no surprise there as one ole' timer effectively said to me. I do have a concern about protecting the class members and the privilege issue. I have been getting emails, PM's, and such forwarded to me about this matter. Let me just say this for the moment to everyone... I should not, cannot, and will not mislead anyone about this case. Any assertion or insinuation that I could be named a defendant in this case is FALSE. I come into it with clean hands as a plaintiff. I am late to this party for various reasons so at this time I don't feel comfortable in disclosing certain information. My late entry in no way reflects my "standing" or the information that I have at my disposal. PLEASE DON'T SEND MY ANY DETAILED INFORMATION THAT YOU HAVE ABOUT THIS CASE. I am not going to disclose the name of the law firm AT THIS TIME because I don't understand the secrecy factor. Maybe the law firm requested it. For all I know, they could be trying to see if they have a conflict of interest with another major client. The attorney is out of the office (no big secret..they tell that when you call and how long he will be gone and all kinds of info). My hands and lips are sort of tied until such time as I have a conversation with the attorney about the turn of events... Some of you have asked why I have suddenly appeared from nowhere. :-) I am only going to be here a short time. If you want to post a pot shot to me you better do it fast..as I will be gone like the wind in a few weeks ( or sooner if SI suspends or terminates me ;-) P.S....yes I am going to make a post to K. but don't look for it until my last day because I still don't have the words and probably won't then..so quit nagging me! ;-)
