If you believe that murder, rape, and robbery is a moral issue you are correct.

To be more precise, I believe that whether, or when, murde, rape, and robbery are acceptable or unacceptable -- or call it right or wrong -- is a moral question. The rape of the Sabine Women was morally acceptable in its day and age and moral code; the rape of women in Bosnia was not in our day and age and moral code. The murder of a man who has seduced your wife used to be morally acceptable in this country (the "unwritten law"), but it is not any longer.

It is not the things themselves that are moral issues, but the when and why they are acceptable or unacceptable that IS based on moral views and beliefs.
