Senate Democrats said yesterday they will reject judicial nominees if they don't like their ideology. They are no longer credible and any investigation they undertake will be tainted.

Well there was two questions that I asked. One was whether you thought that being complicit in spreading false accusations to obtain a Supreme Court seat was and impeachable offense and second whether the Senate should investigate. You missed the first question.

On the second, you've raised an interesting dilemna. You're saying that no matter what the infraction, the Senate should not hold hearings on any conservative person. How about the House. Should the House hold hearings on the Clarence Thomas matter?
