Nadine, Russia and China have both been mishandled and I hope for a firmer hand with both. On another note, Clinton's supposed greatest achievement, the economy, was in fact one of the more reckless acts during his administration. The economy was dangerously over heated. It is remarkable the ineptitude of those who are unaware of the reality of economic cycles. To those I can say the economy is doing far better than anyone should expect and I am not optimistic for it's future. Gore would have had the same difficulty as to maintain what had already been consumed during this gluttonous period without expelling it. All the Best, josh * * *
