The decalogue outlawing freedom of religion is an early example. The "wrong conduct" falls not on the person breaking such a commandment, but on the "authorities" enforcing and punishing it (as they used to)--but try to tell them that...

Please excuse some of my sarcasm toward the LAW, btw. The law is certainly a necessary evil, but many of the laws around the world truly make me sick.
