Yeah the rates were high but it didnt last for that long and remember I was able to refinance shortly after getting a 16%, and the homes were so much cheaper, so with the 18% given for 5 years on a big CD, it was a good time at least for me, :0)

I couldn't remember the rate actually. I started to write 16% and thought - nooooo, it wasn't THAT high, was it????
