Well said. Demand for tech doesn't hinge on interest rates, in most cases. With the demise of the CLECs, dot-bombs and others, demand may never be what it once was, at least in some areas of tech.
The market is adjusting for that.
Other areas of tech will do well in expectation of an improving economic climate. That's the Fed's job, and it's doing it.
The sky is not falling.
