HandsOn,
In case you haven't checked out today's Journal, it has updated short positions; WCOM's increased to 80 million from low 70's. However, ICIX has 23 million short (which will be WCOM and MCIT), so if you add the two you get your 100 million; the most of any Nas. stock, although not that high a percentage of WCOM's float. Remember also that arbs don't have to buy WCOM to cover their short positions as they are also long ICIX.
