For those who think these boards about lawsuits are a waste of time I have to say I disagree with you. Bad economic times can bring about open discussions of things that never would have seen the light of day in good times. Some of the best exposees (sp?) are done by former industry insiders. I try to pay attention to people like this because although they may have another motive they also provide an insider's view at things most of us never have the privilege (or maybe I should say misfortune) of seeing first hand. For example, in the semiconductor industry (my area of experience) there are things that are commonplace which the law explicitly states are illegal. You won't find anyone trying to expose these things because the companies that are behind these things are just too big for anyone to take on ... even a lunatic like me! Lola:)
