Nice try by the article. The whole medical insurance debacle could be solved with the simple passage of tort reform. The fewer lawyers that are involved, the better the system would be. Lawyers are just as involved with the insurance industry as any other. Everywhere they try to stick their grubby hands in ends up smelling like something besides a rose.knc
