So your whole argument about me begging the question comes down to the fact that I don't have the combination of the power and the willingness to use that power to enforce my viewpoint on this. I am "begging the question", about the fetus being "someone" because it legally is not right now? If thats the case then if the law changed by your way of thinking I could suddenly become right where previously I was wrong. In any case I am talking about what the law should be rather then what it is. Obviously in such cases you can find conflicting opinions. Tim
