Seriously, I think the FOMC is about done with the easing. They will take a look and see attitude into the August meeting. The prevailing wisdom is that the cuts should start getting traction this summer, after the required 6 to 8 month delay (I'm not sure why it's required). Mostly a non-event today, I'm not sure the market would have reacted any differently if they had cut 1/2 or not at all. John
