Sorry for the delay in responding... Its summer and I tend to play more than work. The broker I work with at Solomon is someone I have known personally for 16 years. He was running a family business when I met him. He sold the company and made a career change to Wall Street. It's nice to work with a friend, but more importantly, his quality comes from his real life business experience. I have recommended him to a few friends who have been very happy with him for years. His client strategy is quality not quantity. He works with a relatively small group of investors so he can be very hands-on and closely in touch with your objectives.
