In past two quarters earning warnings parade diminished in the last week of the month and the market started looking toward the revovery. Rallies were dashed as recovery hopes were moved out. I would think though that recovery visibility is becoming better now but in any case market looking forward is a market that should rally.

OT: The market usually reacts to the Fed, but often with a lag time, of days to months. It's like people have to think about it for a while.
