Jack,

I think these analysts - most of them fresh from colleges - are doing pretty well making a couple of millions a year, and WITHOUT ACCOUNTABILITY.

When you are your own boss, a lot of sacrifices may be required, not to mention occasional sleeplessness at night.

I wouldn't be surprised a lot of folks would opt for the easy route.
