Can you explain the link between TICK and TRIN?

Zeev: Actually, outgoing TIC was + 272 on April 3rd although it had been as low as -789. Outgoing TRIN was 3.07.

Well we still didint get that close over 2078 pretty interesting.
Its either now a double or Triple top..
If its s triple we usually see a pullback once it breaks...

Zeev. . . here's a "what if" I'd don't think I've seen your turnips cover yet <g>

If the Naz should rally from here, rather than heading down to 1850ish (that's not a prediction, by the way, just a question), would you still think it would top out around where you'd've expected the bounce from 1850 to top? Or would this change the scenario enough that, say, a test of the May highs could come to pass. And the second part of this: if the Naz doesn't tank here, does that make the turnips suspect the next dip, whenever it does happen, will be that much worse?

Those turnips have a lot on their mind these days, since the Naz in particularly keeps flirting with all their numbers.

Thanks in advance!
