CSCO does not maintain top 10% list of rankings and ratings. Only the top 5% and bottom 5%.So I am assuming that if they're not ranked in top 5%,you or they are simply assuming they're ranked in the next 5%. Its a personal view and very subjective, may not be necessarily true... I'm simply trying to understand how and why they feel inadequately compensated in the company.....coz i have reasons to believe that that 66 percentile thingie you quoted is incorrect... You may ask how i know about csco...well, CSCO was my case study for a lot of the subjects <including Corporate Governance, ESOP's, Compensation models and Corporate Culture> i did for my graduation a few years ago....and i believe nothing fundamental has changed since. My reasearch in those areas has been thorough... just my 2 cents...
