"Isolationism was a factor many years ago. If you mean now, I don't think it exists."

Live your life in, if needed, isolated peace..

Seals, delta forces, helicopters, echelon, satellites
and chips in the butt, and whatever might be needed.

But please do vote, right or wrong or third party.

Patents in US

What about that vibrating cellular phone by Motorola,
after the vibrating pager, both on mostly parallell
substrates,etc,etc..

(the EU office rejected that as not creative enough,
last year, considering prior art and transferable
creations)

What about a hinged lid on a cellular phone with a
microphone??

All four must apply, hinged, lid, cellular phone, microphone??
(that's one reason I like the Nokia banana model, no
hinges)

Or, telling the kids and the wives to shut up or speak
louder, like the neanderthal Q??

Or a regular Widrow correlator (he wrote the thing in
the 50s) raking up the impulse responce of simple echoes??

And how fast is fast??

All decided by some patent court somewhere??

Ilmarinen

PS Widrow was/is a great US professor. (I hope he
still alive and teaching that things are not
always what they seem to be, but actually quite
simple)
