If anyone is dishonest in this way, or have abused fellow day traders in any manner they shall be excluded from this lawsuit. End of story. Yes, I have a voice in this matter, as do all other plaintiffs.

It is an obvious, if not transparent tactic to attempt to seed the plaintiff pool with objectionable plaintiffs and destroy the entire case. Considering what I have seen so far, I would be surprised if those who shall be named will not try this. They did it at my company this past fall, and there, they were successful to a degree, though not quite how they believe they were. Sorry, but this is not going to happen this time around.

This is not difficult.

Why would Anyone give out personal and very private information to an anonymous alias over the internet?

Why would Anyone, if they've been so wronged, expose themselves to further harm by giving out information that should be only shared with their own lawyer with whom they KNOW they have a client/attorney privilege?
