Well, I now certainly have no reason to trust you or her.

Absolutely true...I have given you no more reason to trust me than you have given anyone to trust you. You say that your record is the reason to trust you. Have you every violated the trust of another SI member by divulging information given to you in trust? If you have, then you might want to get off of your high horse on trust. More importantly, neither Leeza nor I are asking people to give us personal information. You are asking people to send you personal information directly, you should be held to a higher standard of trust.

I am neither a friend, nor a foe of this action. I don't have any skin in the game. I was a member of Market Gems for one month, found it to be totally useless and cancelled the service. If I had lost a lot of money because of one of those pay for play services, I would blame myself and I would not entertain suing. This does not mean that I think that those services are any less slimey (and the law may be on your side, but that is not meaningful to my views on the topic).... my record on SI will support that I am no friend of *any* pay for play trading enterprise that has used SI as a promotional venue. So, where you may see me as the enemy, I am certainly no friend to the other side.
