One cheap, assuming unbundled, nokia phone takes care of that. #06# or whatever it was to get the serial number, bypass your lazy, encumbent, share cropping operator. If you are a more serious investor you might enjoy the network monitor functions, to figure out from what your lazy, incumbent operator is profiting or enjoy how your agressive, competetive operator is gaining footprint. Incredible that most funtions are standardized by the GSM gang within ITU???? Ilmarinen When you are ready for it, ask me more..
