Yes, that is exactly what he means. He copied and pasted a post from someone he no longer deemed trustworthy on a thread generated by Tastes Like Chicken and proceeded to threaten that he would come after the individual as a material witness. Tastes Like Chicken announced that the Count could no longer post legal threats on his thread.

I feel that no one should provide him with info other than possibly an email address for contact until such time that he can assert privilege as a representative of the law firm.

Leeza can't post because a message comes up that she is suspended until July 27, 2001.

I am biting my tongue on the multiple alias issue.

There is something that I so want to say in public but for the moment I will remain quiet. Some tools are better left in the arsenal.

I would also like to see the post that I made that stated details about a meeting that Olivier Asser has or had with counsel.

In reference to the issue of privilege, I don't believe I need to say anything. Those with savvy eyes know the point Leeza was making and can see what the Olivier Asser is doing with it.

Come to your own conclusions.

People have been contacting Ms. Leeza. She doesn't want anyone sending personal info in reference to this matter as she cannot assert a privilege at this time, if ever.
