Hey Jay... Interesting point I heard made earlier today about the 1/4 point rate cut.

One argument, and I think a good one, is that corporate America was sitting on its wallet waiting for the Fed to finish those major rate cuts.

Now they have to get our there and start spending because nothing else is coming for two more months and it will probably only be another 1/4 point.
