CDMA was used by the russians before that great austrian actress and that piano player figured out how to put neanderthalian flute music into an american patent. (after she had overheard her frmr boyfriend making some weapon deals on torpedoes) I think there is a huge difference between frequency hopping and CDMA. Oh, yes, I know about gene patenting. I think it is wrong. The legal basis for it is very shaky, and there may be surprise or two in the future for those who patent genes.
