I have posted no details of any complaint. As for my work at Trading Places, you can be assured that Counsel is well aware of this.

Finally, division of damage awards will likely be made by this law firm. If you want to know about that, then please write me, and then you may ask them,l if you are a qualified plaintiff. What part of "I am not being paid to organize this lawsuit" did you not understand? I assume any shares of any award, if we are successful, would be divided according to the damages each plaintiff could justly assert.

It is incredible. Every post here attacking. Words are inadequate right about now.

You need to make it a little easier to understand.

I didn't ask anything about it being legitimate or not, or preferential or not. The question is about the quantity of dollars that you would receive in a settlement and whether or not it is greater than others in the class action.

And I have seen posts that state that you did post under two different aliases at another site at one point ("Ollie" and "Skibum"). Is this true? If so, are you excluding yourself from the action now?
