COGNICASE Awarded Two High-Profile Ontario Government Projects: Ministry of Education, Ministry of the Environment MONTREAL, CANADA--JULY 16, 2001 - 14:26 EDT COGNICASE Inc. COGNICASE has also been chosen by the Ministry of the Environment, Government of Ontario, to deliver the internal system design, development, training and implementation for the Provincial Groundwater Monitoring Information System (PGMIS). The system is a Web-based application under the Ministry of the Environment's e.NVIRO-NET initiative to establish the Provincial Groundwater Monitoring Network (PGMN).
