I do believe she is very concerned about privilege issue and tried to make it public. That in a nutshell is what all this is about here tonight. She was merely trying to be helpful and got attacked. You are so very right that nobody else interpreted what she was trying to do the way Ollie did. If he wasn't so full of himself, he might be able to see that most people have an aversion to the very thing he's screaming about. Most people understand what Tim is trying to do and wish him well in his endeavor. These hollow threats being launched at everyone who has an opinion simply dissolve any credibility he has.

Leeza characterized my motives in requesting potential plaintiffs to come forward as self-centered and somehow manipulative. I don't see how any objective observer could state otherwise. There are some serious questions I have raised about leeza using a host of different aliases on SI. I have a great problem with that. In discussion of these issues, it is imperative that those who are honest set a clear precedent. I am sorry, but posting under multiple aliases here disqualifies any and all from this case. Let that be very clear. I have never posted under different aliases than my own here. You know, if someone who is "respected" launches wave upon wave of attack on someone who is trying to do this field some good, then I have my own red flags that go up. And they go up fast when I sense that people are working to destroy this case. i know the most powerful in day trading shall certainly try. This time, however, they are going to fail. This site has allowed an incredible amount of people to operate here in violation of the law. the honest are suspended and ejected, while those who abuse everyone else rule the roost. It is enough. I do not take the step of taking legal action, but if ever in life a time called for it, that time is now. Those of you who believe in this as I do I would be happy to hear from you. Do not allow those who would destroy to dissuade you from coming forward. O.A.
