I have given you no information. I stated that statements here concerning that matter were inaccurate. Before SI members begin making reckless statements, as we have now seen over the past two days, statements that may very well have done great harm to those who otherwise would have come forward, perhaps they shall think for a minute what it means to do so. That is, unless those making these statements are on a path to destroy, unless they are allied and organized against this case for those who have been hurt by the criminals in this field. In my experience the past few years, I find that probable - unless those of you posting here in piranha-mode simply enjoy seeing someone suffer attack. Maybe there are those of you such as this here also. How very sad. I do remember some people like this in our field. What can I say? You "meet" all kinds on the Internet these days. As for my position with Counsel, that is absolutely none of your business. You expose yourself by attempting to involve yourself in my relationship with Counsel. That information may only be disclosed to other plaintiffs, if I agree. I certainly will not state that here. In fact, there is not much more to state. This thread has given everyone at SI the opportunity to know about a process that is now beginning, and that if they believe themselves to be aggrieved, to please contact me. That goal I believe I have now accomplished, in spite of the transparent attempts of some SI members to impede this effort. How easy it is to destroy, don't you think? So much more difficult to build something important for our field. Tearing down and attacking I find quite cowardly. I have very little respect for anyone who begins discussions concerning matters of great importance to all of us in this manner. Of course, in the end, what the legal system of this great country decides is the important thing. O.A.
