This IS what makes the economy tick, borrowing money, paying it back, and still making a profit for the corporation.

If they're waiting around to get the best interest rate before moving forward with business transactions, it would behoove the FED to make a statement that they might as well quit waiting. Because the days of 1/2 cuts is over...

Have a business idea, who'll pay me back nothing, ie zero return. I stay on the fence and watch the game.

AG comes in, makes (his) money cheaper by 0.25%. My ROI rises to mighty 0.25%, so I jump in and join the rodeo ;
